01Authorization and availability

The operator is Ningbo Jucheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. Access is requested only through official Meta OAuth and the permissions the user chooses to grant. Integrations are being completed. Features require implementation, Meta review, account eligibility and user authorization. Disabled or unauthorized capabilities do not obtain data on this basis.

02Permissions and purposes

pages_show_list identifies Pages the user can manage. pages_read_engagement reads permitted Page content and engagement. pages_manage_posts creates or manages content on a selected Page at the user’s explicit direction.

pages_manage_metadata supports relevant Page Webhook subscriptions for enabled features. instagram_basic identifies a connected professional account and necessary profile details. instagram_content_publish publishes selected content at the user’s instruction. instagram_manage_comments reads, manages or replies to comments on authorized professional account content.

Actual requested permissions appear on Meta’s authorization screen. Listing a permission does not indicate approval or availability for all account types.

03Data and use restrictions

Authorized and enabled features may involve app-scoped user identifiers, Page IDs and names, professional account identifiers, tokens and expiry details, selected text and media, content IDs, publishing status, comments and accessible author identifiers and timestamps. When a user chooses to organize a comment as a lead, only necessary business information is retained.

Data is used for requested connections, content operations, comment handling, lead organization and necessary support. We do not sell or rent platform data, use it for unrelated profiling, surveillance or discriminatory purposes, or train or fine-tune general-purpose AI models with it. We do not read unauthorized private messages, passwords or unrelated account information.

04Sharing, retention and revocation

Selected content is sent to Meta at your instruction. Service providers process data only as necessary. Our general privacy policy covers retention, security, international processing and rights.

In Facebook settings, look for Apps and websites or Business integrations, select the application and remove it. Instagram connections can be managed under Website permissions / Apps and websites or equivalent settings. Labels can change with platform versions. Revocation prevents further use of that authorization but does not itself remove existing copies.

05Deletion and contact

To delete Meta-related data held by Jucheng, follow our data deletion instructions and provide the product, platform, account or Page identifier and requested scope. Never send passwords, verification codes or access tokens. After verification, we handle removal of credentials, linked information and applicable content records and explain legal retention or data beyond our control.

This page provides privacy information. The data deletion page provides a manual request procedure. Neither page is a server callback endpoint for Meta signed requests.
