01Operator and integration scope

The operator is Ningbo Jucheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. TikTok connections use official OAuth. The integration targets basic account identification and Content Posting API workflows. Posting implementation is being completed. Availability requires implementation, TikTok review, account eligibility and authorization.

02Permissions and data

user.info.basic identifies an authorized account and may include app-scoped open_id, display name, avatar and basic fields permitted by the official interface. video.publish is used to submit content only for the selected account and with the user’s explicit content and publishing choices.

Authorization and posting may involve access and refresh tokens, expiration details, selected videos or media URLs, titles or descriptions, supported privacy and interaction settings, publishing task IDs, status and error details. Not all fields are collected in every workflow; collection depends on enabled features and TikTok responses.

03Purposes and user control

Information is used only for account connections, displaying the selected account, user-directed posting, result reporting and necessary technical support. Users should confirm content, destination account and supported visibility options in available publishing workflows. We do not sell TikTok data or use it for unrelated profiling or general-purpose AI model training or fine-tuning.

We do not currently promise TikTok comment collection, private message access or a Meta-equivalent comment inbox. Basic account and posting authorization is not used to obtain such data.

04Sharing, retention and revocation

User-selected content and necessary parameters are submitted to TikTok. Our general privacy policy covers other sharing, retention, security and international processing. Credentials and associated data that are no longer needed are handled when services stop or a verified deletion request is accepted.

In TikTok Settings and privacy, look under Security / Security & permissions for Manage app permissions or an equivalent entry, then select and revoke the application. Labels may vary by version and region; consult TikTok’s help center if needed. Revocation does not itself delete historical data.

05Deletion and contact

Follow our data deletion instructions with the product, TikTok account identifier and requested scope so Jucheng can verify and handle data it holds. Never send passwords, verification codes or tokens. Videos published on TikTok and data held independently by TikTok must be managed in TikTok or requested from TikTok.

You may also contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, copying, restriction and complaint rights. Our general privacy policy explains response periods and minimum identity checks.
