This policy covers the company website, BigDog.NBJC global growth platform and related services provided by 宁波聚承信息科技有限公司, displayed in English as Ningbo Jucheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Jucheng”, “we” or “us”). Our Facebook / Meta and TikTok privacy notices also apply to the relevant integrations.

The compute center at mh.jcxinxi.com is a separate service entry. Read the policies and service conditions displayed there before registering, using models or making purchases. Third-party platforms process their own data under their own policies.

02Information we process

Website visits: this static website has no account registration, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, business cookies or backend submission of inquiries. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request paths, timestamps and access logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Inquiries: when you contact us, we process the name or alias, contact details, company information, business requirements, correspondence and attachments you choose to provide. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Product use: enabled features may involve account and organization details, authorized device identifiers, media projects, video, audio, subtitles, task results, diagnostics and customer information you choose to save. Desktop media and sessions may remain on your device. Necessary information is sent to online services only when you actively use those capabilities.

Social connections: subject to authorization and feature availability, we may process platform account identifiers, public profiles, Page or professional account information, access and refresh tokens, selected content, publishing status and authorized comments or engagement. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and selected overseas providers may process necessary information outside your country. International processing must meet applicable legal requirements, including required notices, consent and safeguards. Do not submit information you are not entitled to transfer. Disclosures required by law are limited to the applicable legal scope.

05Retention and security

We retain personal information only as necessary to provide features, handle requests or meet applicable legal requirements. When a connection is no longer needed or a verified deletion request is accepted, associated credentials and data are handled for removal. Legally required records are restricted in purpose and access and handled when the retention requirement ends.

We use measures appropriate to the data and service, including access controls, protection in transit and permission restrictions.
