Data deletion instructions

01Step 1: stop future authorized access

For social accounts, remove the application in Facebook Apps and websites / Business integrations, Instagram Apps and websites or TikTok Manage app permissions. Menu labels may change. Revocation stops future authorized access, while existing copies require the request below. You do not need to revoke unrelated connections to delete a specific project.

02Step 2: send a manual deletion request

Contact Ningbo Jucheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. through the channel below with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include: (1) product or service; (2) platform, such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok; (3) registered contact, platform account ID, Page ID or another verifiable account identifier; (4) the data you want deleted; and (5) a contact for our reply.

Never provide passwords, verification codes, access tokens or unrelated identity documents. We request minimum additional evidence only when necessary to verify control of the account. Representatives must explain and provide appropriate authorization.

03Step 3: verification, handling and feedback

We verify your relationship to the data, confirm the account and scope, and respond through the original contact channel. Applicable statutory periods apply. Where no specific period applies, we normally acknowledge the request or provide a handling plan within 15 business days. We explain any need for further evidence, legal retention, inability to comply or extension.

An accepted request receives a reference or a clear message record that can be used for manual follow-up. Ask for progress through the same contact. This static page does not submit requests, produce an automated deletion-success message or close product accounts automatically.

04Data you can ask us to delete

Where held by us and attributable to your request: platform tokens and linked account details; drafts, uploaded media copies and publishing task records; comments and organized leads; inquiries and other linked product account information. We explain the grounds for retaining necessary logs or legally required records and restrict their processing.

We cannot remotely remove files or sessions that exist only on your computer, phone or independent backups. Clear them in the relevant product and device. Relevant backup records are isolated and expire under the applicable backup cycle rather than restored for routine business. Details are explained when handling a request.

05What is not automatically removed

Deleting our copies does not automatically remove content already published to Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, third-party reposts, data independently held by platforms or legally required records. Manage published content on the relevant platform and request platform account closure from that platform.

Deletion may make connections, history or projects unrecoverable. Save materials you are entitled to keep before deletion. Requests for revocation or partial deletion are handled within the confirmed scope.
